Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the data controller is Ömer Özeren, who runs Ömer Özeren Sports Club (Hürriyet Mah., Cumhuriyet Cad., 160. Sok., Bağcılar / Istanbul).

At membership registration: the member's name and date of birth; the guardian's name, phone and e-mail. Most members are children, so data is collected through and with the knowledge of the guardian.
For fee tracking: payment records (amount, date, payment method).
For member login: e-mail address and account details; if you sign in with Google, the name and e-mail Google provides.
Card details are not processed or stored on this site. No health data is collected.
Data is processed for membership and class tracking, fee tracking, contact with guardians and replies to trial class requests.
Legal bases: performance of the membership contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), compliance with legal obligations for payment and invoice records (Art. 5/2-ç) and the club's legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
Data is processed on servers of Supabase and Cloudflare, which provide our database and hosting; these servers may be located abroad. Transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9 and, where required, with the explicit consent of the guardian or data subject.
Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties unless legally required.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your message is subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
Membership data is kept during membership and for 2 years after it ends, then deleted or anonymized.
Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax law (5 years).
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was transferred to, and object.
